Wisdom in Transition
Sometimes in life, we forget to take a deep breath and inspect and adapt. I think I forgot how to be creative as I grew in my career. It was setting me back from being the best leader that I could be, I was skeptical in joining a group that would focus on me and allowing me to find what energizes me, but hands down, it was the best thing I have ever done to focus on myself and build a life plan.
Most critical for me is that many of these online tools were immediately available and actionable with my tight schedule. Each week I am crushed with meetings and deadlines, and could work through these exercises during my commute or lunch break and make action happen.
